Elizabeth Napoletano

Elizabeth “Liz” Napoletano has proudly served as the COA Property Manager at Del Webb since January 2023. She is on site five days a week and is available via email, telephone, or in-person by appointment.

Liz’s role focuses on two primary areas of responsibility. First and foremost, she is dedicated to ensuring that our Condominiums and townhome owners enjoy the exceptional quality of life that Del Webb residents deserve. For those who have already met her, you know that her commitment to great service is often accompanied by enthusiasm and a little candy. Liz is known for her “can-do” attitude: no challenge is too big and no concern is too small to have her full attention.

Equally important, Liz oversees the administration of the association’s business. Her responsibilities include legal compliance, financial management, facilities management, transition oversight, and supporting the activities of our resident-controlled Board as our community grows and evolves. She is backed by the deep resources of FirstService Residential, which helps ensure a smooth and efficient operation. She also works closely with our sister HOA to try to make the experience seamless for all residents.

Liz began her career with FirstService nearly 13 years ago. She initially managed a portfolio of four HOA/COA communities, then went on to manage high-rise properties and support employee engagement initiatives in HR. She holds multiple industry credentials, including Community Manager Certification and Association Management Specialist designation through CAI, the leading industry association. Most recently, Liz completed the Emerging Leaders Program, an intensive, year-long leadership development experience designed to elevate high-potential professionals.

On a personal note, Liz is a proud mom to her son, Robbie, a police officer in Palisades Park, NJ. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her orchids, photography, football, time with friends and family, and most of all—traveling. Her most recent adventure was a September road trip to Massachusetts with Robbie to cheer on his favorite team, the Las Vegas Raiders, as they won their 2025 season opener against the New England Patriots (sorry, Jets fans!).

Liz looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact at Del Webb and watching the community grow and thrive. Good things are ahead!
