ARC Applications and Resources
How To Build & Submit Your Application
1
Review The ARC Guidelines
Review the ARC Guideline Handbook. This document details everything you will need to know about your project. Including example documents and regulations. If you do not find the answer to your question reach out to the Lifestyle Director, they are your support through the process.
2
Build Your Application
Select from the application options below to bring you to the application packet for your project.
Each project needs slightly different resources so this will be the easiest way to make sure you aren't missing something which will speed up the application process
3
Submitting Your Application
Once your application is complete you can either bring it into the Clubhouse to the Lifestyle Director or you can scan and email it to them. ARC meets every other Thursday. applications are due Monday before they meet. Please see the calendar for specific dates.
4
Waiting for Approval
Once approved by ARC the applications must be approved by the board. Assuming there are no follow up questions you will receive your approval letter from the Lifestyle Director via email as well as a hard copy that will come in the mail. Please note while we try to get you an answer ASAP it is not always possible and approvals can take up to 4 week if we are missing information or require a follow up. Once you have your approval letter, as long as you aren't waiting on an engineering letter, the work can begin!
5
Requesting Your Inspection
Once your work is complete you need to fill out and submit an Inspection Request Form to the Lifestyle Director. This will notify us that the work is complete. Once we receive this form someone from the ARC Committee will come out and inspect the work. If all is well you will get an email from the Lifestyle Director with a copy of the Inspection Request form for your records and we're done!
